the Commission's instructions issued in Exchange Commission Release No.
34-47583. The information furnished is not deemed "filed" for purposes of

         On June 4, 2003, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its
quarterly cash distribution payable on June 30, 2003, to unitholders of record
