(b)    On October 22, 2013, Mr. F. Christopher McLaughlin resigned his positions as Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Banking and Director of Sales, Marketing and Products of First Banks, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Banking and Director of First Bank to pursue other interests. Mr. McLaughlin's resignation was effective October 22, 2013.
