On August 24, 2022, Farmers National Banc Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Terry A. Moore has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board, effective September 1, 2022.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
