Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company leased its corporate wellness facility to related parties at a rate of $9,775 per month. The Company received complimentary memberships to this facility which were provided to local employees. Expenses incurred by the Company relating to the facility amounted to $55,000 and $63,000 during the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively. The Company recognized rental income of $29,325 for both of the three month periods ended March 31, 2018 and 2017. The rent receivable at March 31, 2018 and December 31, 2017 was zero and $59,000, respectively. This arrangement between the Company and the related party terminated on April 30, 2018.
