Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 23, 2014, Peter Neupert, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Quality Systems, Inc., provided written notification to the Chairman of the Board that he is resigning from the Board to focus his time and energy on other opportunities. Mr. Neupert’s resignation was effective immediately.
