-ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY UNAUDITED NET SALES RESULTS FOR FEBRUARY 2010-

 

RONKONKOMA, N.Y. — March 10, 2010 - NBTY, Inc. North American Retail same store sales increased 5% for the one month period.  In local currency, (British Pound Sterling), European Retail net sales increased 12% and same store sales increased 8%.
