Digirad Corporation (the “Company”) reports, with great sadness, that Lloyd H. Malchow died on Sunday, March 14, 2010.  Mr. Malchow has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) since May 19, 2009.  On February 10, 2010, Mr. Malchow informed the Board that he would not stand for re-election at the 2010 annual stockholder meeting.
