Schedule of Covered Acquired Impaired Loans

The following table is a roll-forward of covered acquired impaired loans accounted for under ASC 310-30 for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015. As a result of the termination of the loss share agreements, the remaining loans that were covered by the loss share arrangements were reclassified to noncovered loans effective June 22, 2016.
