Commitments and Contingencies	Note 8 – Commitments and Contingencies In March 2020, the World Health Organization declared the novel coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”) outbreak a global pandemic and recommended containment and mitigation measures worldwide. Since the announcement we have been monitoring this closely, and although the COVID-19 pandemic has not had a significant impact on our operations to date, the ultimate duration and severity of the outbreak and its impact on the economic environment and our business is highly uncertain. Accordingly, we cannot provide any assurance that the COVID-19 pandemic will not have a material adverse impact on our operations or future results. The extent to which the COVID-19 pandemic may impact our future business, strategic initiatives, results of operations and financial condition will depend on future developments, which are highly uncertain and cannot be predicted, including, but not limited to the duration, spread, severity and resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on our workforce, customers, and vendors and the remedial actions and stimulus measures adopted by local and federal governments, and the extent to which normal economic and operating conditions can resume.
