Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Mr. Steven R. Roth, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, notified the Company that he plans to retire sometime in 2022. Mr. Roth will continue in his current role until the Company selects and onboards his successor to assure an orderly transition of responsibilities. Mr. Roth is committed to supporting the Company in this transition. The effective date of Mr. Roth’s retirement in 2022 will be disclosed, once finally determined.
