PPT Vision is currently in process of finalizing financing plans that are appropriate for disclosure in the Form 10-KSB.  PPT Vision expects to file the Form 10-KSB on or before February 3, 2003. On December 10, 2002, PPT Vision reported revenues of $7,474,000 and a net loss of $6,875,000 for the year ended October 31, 2002.
