Basis of Presentation	Basis of Presentation: In the opinion of management, the accompanying unaudited condensed financial statements include all adjustments (consisting of only normal adjustments) necessary for a fair presentation of the results for the interim periods. These condensed financial statements, including notes, have been prepared in accordance with the applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission and do not include all of the information and disclosures required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. The condensed financial statements should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and other information contained in our Annual Report of Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2012. The condensed balance sheet at June 30, 2012 was derived from audit financial statements but does not include all disclosures required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
