On April 27, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing its proposal to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Tundra Semiconductor Corporation (TSX: TUN) for cash at a price of CDN $6.25 per share, or an aggregate purchase price of approximately CDN $120.8 million. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
