Sales through a distributor, Avnet, represented approximately 12%, 10% and 11% of the Company’s revenues in fiscal 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Sales through another distributor, Maxtek and its affiliates, represented approximately 13% and 15% of the Company’s revenues in fiscal 2013 and 2012, respectively, and sales through another distributor, Uniquest, represented approximately 10%, of the Company's revenues in fiscal 2013 and 2012. Each of these distributors serve customers within both of the Company's reportable segments.
