Subsequent Events	Note 20 Subsequent Event On January 31, 2012, the Company completed the sale of its wafer fabrication facility located in Oregon and related assets to Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (“AOS”) for approximately $26.5 million in cash. This transaction will be recorded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, and the Company expects to realize a gain on the sale of this facility.
