On February 7, 2013, Brinker International, Inc. (the "Registrant") announced that Wyman Roberts has been added to the Board of Directors of Registrant. As of this date, Mr. Roberts has not been assigned to any of the Committees of the Board of Directors. In a separate Press Release, the Registrant announced that at the February 7, 2013 Board of Director's Meeting, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on the common stock of the company. WILL JOIN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DALLAS (Feb. 7, 2013) - Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT), a recognized leader in casual dining, announces the election of Wyman Roberts to its Board of Directors.

Roberts currently serves as CEO and President of Brinker International, and President of Chili's® Grill & Bar.
