Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company, through the Bank, makes loans to and has transactions with certain of its directors and executive officers. All of these loans and transactions were made on substantially the same terms, including interest rates and collateral requirements, for comparable transactions with unrelated persons and did not involve more than the normal risk of collectability or present unfavorable features. For the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, loans to directors and executive officers were not greater than 5% of stockholders' equity.
