Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company, through the Bank, makes loans and has transactions with certain of its directors and executive officers. All of these loans and transactions were made in the ordinary course of business on substantially the same terms, including interest rates and collateral requirements, for comparable transactions with unrelated persons and did not involve more than the normal risk of collectability or present unfavorable features. For the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, loans to directors and executive officers were not greater than 5% of stockholders' equity.
