Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent to July 28, 2012, the Company repurchased an additional 0.2 million shares of common stock for $8 million under the February 2012 repurchase program. In addition, on August 2, 2012, the Company declared the third quarter ordinary dividend of $0.25 per share and a special dividend of $1 per share.
