Departure of Director

Effective March 1, 2019, Mr. Julio C. Herrera resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Victory Oilfield Tech, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Herrera has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since August 2017.
