Item 7.01:Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 8, 2008, Fulton Financial Corporation ("Fulton") announced that on February 11, 2008 at approximately 4:25 pm eastern time, R. Scott Smith, Jr., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fulton, and Charles J. Nugent, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fulton, are scheduled to make a presentation to attendees at the 2008 Sterne Agee Bank & Thrift Symposium that will take place on February 11 and 12 in Orlando, Florida.

Sterne Agee is broadcasting the event via teleconference.
