Subsequent Events [Text Block]	7. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 24, 2020, the Company declared a cash dividend of $3.00 per share payable to shareholders of record on December 4, 2020. On December 2, 2020, the cash dividend was increased to $6.00 per share, approximately $280 million in the aggregate, which will be paid on or before February 2, 2021.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
