STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION During the six months ended October 26, 2019, options to purchase 16,500 shares were exercised (weighted average exercise price of $8.92 per share). At October 26, 2019, options to purchase 305,945 shares (weighted average exercise price of $11.29 per share) were outstanding and stock-based awards to purchase 2,811,613 shares of common stock were available for grant.
