CASH DIVIDEND

On

November 20, 2018,

the Company declared a special cash dividend of

$2.90

per share payable to shareholders of record on

November 30, 2018.

The cash dividend totaling

$135.2

million was paid on

January 29, 2019.

The cash dividend is reported as a current liability in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets.
