COMMON STOCK DIVIDENDS

On

2016,

the Company declared a special cash dividend of

$1.50

per share payable to shareholders of record on

The cash dividend, aggregating

$69.9

million, was paid on

January

27,

2017.

The Company also announced the Board has approved in concept an additional cash dividend, in an amount to be determined, to holders of record prior to the end of the current fiscal year and that the Company plans to develop a program to increase distribution to shareholders based on the length of time they have owned their shares.
