STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION During the six months ended October 29, 2016, options to purchase 6,300 shares were exercised (weighted average exercise price of $15.91 per share) and options to purchase 4,000 shares were cancelled (weighted average exercise price of $14.47). At October 29, 2016, options to purchase 408,595 shares (weighted average exercise price of $12.35 per share) were outstanding and stock-based awards to purchase 2,806,614 shares of common stock were available for grant.
