NASHUA CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
FINAL RESULTS OF TENDER OFFER
NASHUA, N.H., July 5, 2007 — Nashua Corporation (NASDAQ: NSHA), a manufacturer and marketer of labels and thermal specialty papers, today announced the final results of its tender offer to purchase up to 1,900,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, which expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time on June 28, 2007.
Based on the final count by the depositary for the tender offer, 751,150 shares of common stock were properly tendered and not withdrawn. The number of shares represents approximately 12% of the issued and outstanding shares of Nashua common stock as of July 5, 2007. Given that the number of shares tendered was less than the number of shares that Nashua offered to purchase, pro-ration was not necessary. The depositary will promptly issue payment of $10.50 per share for all of the shares properly tendered and not withdrawn.
Any questions with regard to the tender offer may be directed to Georgeson, Inc., the Information Agent, at 888-605-7508 (toll free) or 212-440-9800 (collect). The dealer manager for the tender offer was Georgeson Securities Corporation.
