          On November 6, 2006, Nashua Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation, issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares of Nashua Corporation’s common stock from time to time on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions.
