Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 15 – Subsequent Event On November 1, 2012, the Company announced the decision to close our distribution center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, effective December 31, 2012. This distribution center is part of our Food Distribution segment and primarily services independent retailers in the upper Midwest region of the United States. During the fourth quarter of 2012, we will transition these customers to be serviced out of our Omaha, Nebraska and St. Cloud, Minnesota distribution centers. Severance and related transition costs will be recorded during the fourth quarter of 2012.
