NOTE 3 – Business and Credit Concentrations

An entity is more vulnerable to concentrations of credit risk if it is exposed to risk of loss greater than it would have had if it mitigated its risk through diversification of customers. Such risks of loss manifest themselves differently, depending on the nature of the concentration, and vary in significance. The Company had two customers with an accounts receivable balance that comprised of 13% and 10% as of September 30, 2023. As of June 30, 2023, the accounts receivable balance with these respective customers were 19% and 14%. Sales to either of these customers did not exceed 10% of net sales during the three months ended September 30, 2023, however sales to one of these two customers were 12% for the three months ended September 30, 2022. There were no other customers who had sales that comprised of 10% or more of net sales for the 3 months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022.
