NOTE 11 - 401(k) Plan

The Company maintains a 401(k) plan (“the Plan”) that is available to all U.S. non-union employees and is qualified under Sections 401(a) and 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Company contributions to this plan are discretionary and totaled $63,000 and $36,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
