401(k) Plan	NOTE 9 - 401(k) Plan The Company maintains two 401(k) plans (“the Napco Plan” and “the Marks Plan”) that cover all U.S. non-union employees with one or more years of service and is qualified under Sections 401(a) and 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Company contributions to this plan are discretionary and totaled $41,000 and $0 for the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011. The Marks Plan was adopted by the Company subsequent to the Marks acquisition in August 2008 and provides for discretionary matching contributions. Company contributions to this plan were $3,000 and $0 for the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
