(1) All of the Company's sales originate in the United States and are shipped primarily from the Company's facilities in the United States. There were no sales into any one foreign country in excess of 10% of total Net Sales.

(2) Consists primarily of inventories (March 31, 2018 = $13,967, June 30, 2017 = $11,831) and long-lived assets (March 31, 2018 = $3,518, June 30, 2017 = $3,233) located at the Company's principal manufacturing facility in the Dominican Republic.
