The Disclosure Statement be and it hereby is approved. B. The Debtor shall transmit to creditors and other parties in interest by mail as provided in Bankruptcy Rule 3017(d) the Plan, the Disclosure Statement (excluding Exhibit F-Disclosure Document of Accutone, Inc.), a ballot conforming to Official Form 14, and a copy of this Order no later seven days following the entry of this Order. C. December 3, 2001 is fixed as the last day for filing written acceptances or rejections of the Plan which shall be filed with Koerner, Silberberg & Weiner, LLP, attorneys for the Debtor, 112 Madison Avenue, Third Floor, New York, New York, 10016.
