SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 20, 2022, Director Jerold R. Babin passed away. Mr. Babin, 90, was not a member of any Board of Directors committees. Mr. Babin was replaced by Steve Grunwald and was elected unanimously by the InterGroup’s Board of Directors until the next annual meeting. The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date that the accompanying financial statements were issued, and has determined that no material subsequent events exist through the date of this filing, other than as described above.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
