Since the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2007 also contains comparative financial information related to the period ended September 30, 2006, the Audit Committee also concluded that the financial information contained in that report should also not be relied upon. For the Company's fiscal year ended June 30, 2007, a detailed review of the Company's tax provisions was performed and any differences related to the accounting for minority interest were reconciled and properly reported. As a result, there will be no changes in the Company's audited financial statements included in its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 and that Annual Report will not be amended. During the course of the preparation and review of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended December 31, 2007, the Company detected an error in the calculation and presentation of tax effects on the minority interest related to Justice Investors in the comparative three and six month periods ended December 31, 2006 as presented in the Company's previously issued Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended December 31, 2006. Specifically, the minority interest line item in the Statement of Operations was mistakenly recorded and presented as "net of tax" instead of pre-tax. The errors resulted in an overstatement of the tax benefit related to the minority interest for the three and six months ended December 31, 2006. After further review, the Company determined that similar errors occurred in the quarterly periods ended September 30, 2006 and March 31, 2007. The errors do not affect the Company's reported revenues, expenses, net income (loss) before income taxes or cash flows, and do not impact the Company's operations. The tables below present the expected changes to the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations and the changes to the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet for each of the periods for which financial information will be restated.
