On June 11, 2014, the Company announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") approved a 12% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend rate to $0.14 per share from the previous quarterly rate of $0.125 per share. The quarterly rate of $0.14 per share is applicable to dividends declared by the Board beginning August 21, 2014. During the six months endedAugust 2, 2014, the Company paid cash dividends totaling $8.0 million. On August 21, 2014, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock, payable on September 17, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2014.
