Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 17, 2017, we made our annual stock grant which was delayed from its typical timing in December of each year due to the delay in the filing of our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended October 1, 2016. On that date, we issued approximately 284 stock options, 98 restricted stock units and 34 performance restricted stock units to officers and employees.
