Dividends	(7) Dividends During the six months ended June 30, 2013, we paid dividends to Qwest Services Corporation ("QSC") of $750 million, all of which were declared during the six months ended June 30, 2013. Dividends paid are reflected on our consolidated statements of cash flows as financing activities.
