DIVIDEND RESTRICTIONS	DIVIDEND RESTRICTIONS The Utah Commission may prohibit any public service company, including Questar Gas, from declaring or paying a dividend to an affiliate if it is determined that the capital of Questar Gas is being impaired or that its service to the public is likely to become impaired. At December 31, 2016, the Utah Commission had not restricted the payment of dividends by Questar Gas.
