Subsequent Event	Note 13 – Subsequent Event On July 26, 2011, the Questar Board of Directors authorized a $100 million share repurchase program, which will be effective through 2012, to manage the share count back to levels prior to the Spinoff of QEP of approximately 175 million shares.
