Inventory Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE F - INVENTORIES Our merchandise inventory was $15.0 million and $12.9 million as of March 3, 2015 and June 3, 2014, respectively. In order to ensure adequate supply and competitive pricing, we sometimes purchase lobster in advance of our needs and store it in third-party facilities prior to our distributor taking possession of the inventory. The increase in our merchandise inventory from the end of the prior fiscal year is due primarily to advance purchases of lobster during the second quarter of fiscal year 2015.
