Retirement of Steven L. Bietz
On  June 3, 2015, Steven L. Bietz,  President and Chief Executive Officer of WBI Holdings, Inc., indirect subsidiary of MDU Resources Group, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he is retiring effective July 17, 2015.
