On March 18, 2015, Michael S. Bahorich, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Apache Corporation (“Apache” or the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to retire from the Company effective as of June 30, 2015. The terms of his retirement agreement will be described in an amendment to this Form 8-K.
