Capital Stock	Capital StockRepurchases of Common Stock. On August 29, 2018, we announced that our Board of Directors had authorized a $150.0 million program to repurchase shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock through February 2020 in open market or private transactions. No repurchases were made under this authorization, and, as of February 2020, the authorization expired.
