Other income, net includes approximately $0.9 million and $1.5 million of discount fee expense during the three and six months ended January 28, 2017, respectively, associated with the collection of accounts receivable under a customer-sponsored vendor payment program which the Company began participating in during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016.
