Costs and Estimated Earnings in Excess of Billings, Net

Costs and estimated earnings in excess of billings (“CIEB”) include revenue for services from contracts based on units-of­delivery and cost-to-cost measures of the percentage of completion method of accounting. Amounts consisted of the following:
