The Company leases certain administrative offices and equipment as well as pays for certain subcontracting services and materials from officers of its subsidiaries and entities related to officers of its subsidiaries. Expenses under these arrangements for the three and six months ended January 23, 2016 and January 24, 2015 were as follows:
