As of October 26, 2013, the Company expected to collect all retainage balances within the next twelve months. The Company maintains an allowance for doubtful accounts for estimated losses resulting from the failure of its customers to make required payments. During the three months endedOctober 26, 2013 and October 27, 2012, write-offs, net of recoveries, to the allowance for doubtful accounts were immaterial.
