Restructuring and Other Charges	(2) Restructuring and Other Charges During the three and six months ended June 30, 2013, we recorded charges of $2.4 million ($1.7 million after tax). European segment charges of $1.1 million primarily related to staff reductions in Germany and Spain. International segment charges of $1.3 million were related to staff reductions in Australia. We did not incur any restructuring charges during the three and six months ended June 30, 2012.
